At this beautiful West Austin Home, we did a full interior and exterior renovation. We applied Two coats of fresh paint to the exterior of the home and wrap the beams with Cedar Boards. For the interior we completely redid all of the flooring! We went from carpet to hardwood floors. We completely renovated the kitchen to a more open lay out complete with Quartz counter tops. We switched out every light fixture in the home and completely redid the staircase. We removed the old spiral staircase and installed a modern staircase!
Exterior Renovations
For the exterior paint colors, the client decided to go with Cloak Gray for the siding and Bohemian Black for the trim and accents. The client also decided to install Cedar Boards on all of the exposed Columns in front. The contrast of the Stained Cedar boards and the paint really made the front of the house pop!
Interior Renovations
The Before and After pictures of both the Kitchen and Floor remodels looks fantastic!

The staircase overall turned out great! The modern design really made the Home standout and completely uplifted the home as the centerpiece for both the dining and living area.
